GCNetwork took place in a distinctive setting on board the premium cruise ship Mein Schiff 6 at the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal. Organised by the German Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong, in collaboration with TUI Hotels & Resorts and TUI Cruises, this edition marked the first time GCNetwork was hosted on a cruise ship, providing participants with a unique environment for business exchange within an established networking format. The evening began with a welcome from Captain Vladislav Balev, followed by a guided tour of the vessel, during which participants were introduced to the ship’s facilities, design, and operational concept, reflecting the premium hospitality approach of TUI Cruises. Bringing together members of the German and international business community in Hong Kong, the event welcomed a diverse group of professionals from various industries and backgrounds. The setting on board, combined with the harbour backdrop, supported exchange and discussion among participants throughout the evening. The programme continued with networking over finger food and drinks, allowing attendees to further engage in conversations, strengthen existing connections, and establish new contacts.
