A Celebration of German Tradition at Heimat by Peter Find
As autumn turns to winter, Germans gather around one of the country's most cherished culinary traditions: the St. Martin's Goose Dinner.
The German Chamber of Commerce, Hong Kong is delighted to partner with Heimat by Peter Find for a special evening celebrating this centuries-old custom, bringing together members and guests to enjoy authentic German hospitality, seasonal cuisine and meaningful connections.
Hosted at Heimat by Peter Find, the evening will feature Chef Peter Find's interpretation of the classic Martinsgans (Roast Goose), carefully prepared and served with traditional accompaniments long associated with Germany's festive season.
Whether you are rediscovering a familiar tradition or experiencing it for the first time, join us for an evening that celebrates the rich flavours, heritage and convivial spirit of German culture.
Families are warmly welcome to join the celebration, and a children's menu can be arranged upon request.
