At the heart of the committee lie three key goals:
- Sharing experience and mentoring – including leadership, challenges, and growth
- Networking – building connections
- Increasing visibility – for women across sectors and roles
In our first session, we laid the foundation for the months ahead: shaping our structure and clarifying the purpose
