This committee is about dialogue, shared challenges, support women in leadership und entrepreneurship.

At the heart of the committee lie three key goals:

  1. Sharing experience and mentoring – including leadership, challenges, and growth
  2. Networking – building connections
  3. Increasing visibility – for women across sectors and roles

In our first session, we laid the foundation for the months ahead: shaping our structure and clarifying the purpose

Key takeaways:

  • Official meetings to be hosted by members at their company premises – each including a business introduction
  • Monthly Thursday lunch meetups (first week of the month) – open, informal networking for those who can join
  • A WhatsApp group to facilitate ongoing coordination and discussion

Also, the first guest speaker session is already in planning, on the topic “cultural differences for women in business".

We wish to establish a platform together – to connect, exchange, and support each other. We strongly encourage women interested in leadership, entrepreneurship, and community-building to join us. If you’d like to get involved, please contact the GCC team directly.
