We are proud to have officially launched the German Chamber AI Blueprint – Building AI-Ready Organisations on 3 November 2025. Thank you to everyone who joined us for this milestone moment as we shared this collaborative achievement with around 150 business leaders, innovators and decisionmakers in Hong Kong.
Developed by the Chamber’s AI Working Group, the Blueprint is a strategic tool designed to help companies assess their AI readiness and move from awareness to action. Built over 12 months by more than 20 member companies from sectors including manufacturing, logistics, trading and tech, it offers a practical framework, self-assessment tool and case studies to support responsible, scalable transformation.
The launch featured a keynote presentation by Michael Keppe (Impala Services Ltd. & Pergamon Labs), followed by a government perspective from Jayne Chan (InvestHK), who emphasised the importance of cross-sector collaboration to support responsible AI growth. Before the event concluded with a networking session, Karena Belin (WHub) moderated an engaging panel discussion on AI in action, featuring Jonas Hug (BASF) and Prof Matthias Fahn (HKU Business School). Together, they explored how AI can help organisations navigate complexity, challenge persistent myths in business and academia, and support smarter, more scalable decisions.
We are grateful to all speakers, participants, and especially to the members of the AI Working Group, whose dedication, insight and collaboration made this Blueprint possible and sparked meaningful dialogue and innovation within our community.
A special thank you as well to our Blueprint Sponsors Pergamon Labs, WHub, Atrellus Business Services, CyberMonx, TecPal, TGI Technology, and INC Innovation Center for their generous support, to all supporting organisations, and to our venue partner HKU iCube for providing such an inspiring space to launch this milestone initiative.
