The AI Committee was established in early 2025 as the first Working Group of its kind in Hong Kong, consisting of strategic/commercial leaders and technical experts, and focusing on:
- Assessing AI readiness and defining strategic AI opportunities.
- Developing a transformation roadmap that connects AI with business efficiency, growth, and competitive advantage.
- Defining workforce AI upskilling strategies with a structured approach to HR, education, and measurable KPIs.
- Identifying AI requirements in data, systems, talent, and partnerships.
