We utilize corporate resources to develop students with workplace skill sets, so that they are empowered to choose the career they want. Since 2021, we have pre-skilled more than 100,000 students worldwide from 150+ universities. Virtual Experience is a job simulation platform enabling students from all backgrounds to upskill themselves, while helping companies with global talent sourcing, employer branding, and dynamic assessment. Through our product, we aim to reduce the unequal distribution of talents while creating business values. With our platform, employers can attract a steady stream of applications at scale through automatic lead generation. These candidates are of higher quality and stronger intent as they have deeper understanding of the role and the company through the simulation. Employers could also take the opportunity to upskill the overall talent pool and expand their early talent pipeline. After the simulation, students earn a certificate that they can share on LinkedIn, which produces word of mouth branding for the company.
