We invited members of the GCC Committees and Working Groups to a Sundowner Talk to reconnect after the holiday break and engage in an informative discussion around the development of AI for business.

For this edition in our ongoing series, Eason Lai, Global Technology Strategist at Microsoft Hong Kong, introduced the AI-powered Copilot feature for MS Office, including a live showcase of how it can be effectively used in daily tasks and processes. During a lively Q&A, Eason also shared his thoughts on a variety of aspects surrounding the use of AI technology such as data protection, data ethics, and compliance, as well as fostering a corporate culture that embraces innovation and digital transformation.

Besides the insightful presentation, the evening also provided an excellent opportunity for exchange and networking among all active committee members. As GCC President Johannes Hack pointed out in his opening remarks, the committees are an integral part of the chamber's work. Thanks to everyone for their continuous engagement and we look forward to further developing the GCC Committees and driving new initiatives together in 2024.
