We had a fantastic training session on developing learning accountability (ROI) yesterday with Heidi Adick of Dew-Point International Ltd., who led us through the evolving landscape of professional development and its importance in today’s work environment.

Providing training and coaching is an essential investment in talent retention. Employees increasingly value opportunities to grow and learn, and the investment in providing them with training is far outweighed by the cost of finding and onboarding new staff members.  

It is crucial to ensure that trainings not only empower your team members to develop their skills, but also yield a high return on investment, meaning that the learnings can be directly applied in their daily work. 

Embracing learning accountability not only allows companies to provide their employees with invaluable opportunities for personal and professional advancement, but also helps to maintain a high level of motivation, engagement, and productivity in their organisation.
